We upgraded everyone from Office 2010 to Office 2016 via 365 Business Premium licenses.I'm getting many users reporting the error 'Microsoft document cache has stopped working' when opening ANY file, local, network, etc. They can still open it and continue working, but it's annoying and I keep getting phone calls about it.I've tried deleting the document cache from the Upload Center, renaming the OfficeFileCache folder to force a new one, repairing Office, and re-installing Office, to no avail.
